TODAY IS MAY 13, 2008 I STOPPED AT THE LOCAL ARBYS IN FARMINGTON AT 4:30 P.M, PURCHASED THE ITALIAN SUB MEAL, WITH THE COMBO ORDER THRU THE DRIVE THRU, THE MR ON THE ON THE SPEAKER COULD NOT UNDERSTAND ME, EVEN IF I REPEATEDLYEXPLAINED MY ORDER. I ASKED FOR A DOUBLE BAKED CRUST, THEY LAUGH AND WAVE A BLACK CRUSTY BREAD AT ME AND ASKED IF THIS IS WHAT KIND OF BREAD I WANTED. I SAID NO, DOESNT THEY COOK KNOW HOW TO MAKE BREAD? I ASKED, BUT WAS GIVIN A RUDE LOOK! I GET MY ORDER, DRIVE DOWN TO THE LOCAL BEST BUY, START TO EAT MY SUPPER AND NOTICED THAT MY CURLY FRIES HAD DEEP FRIED PURPLE FLOWERS AND HAIR IN EM'!!! ( LITERALLY FRIED W/ IT) SCARED THE CRAP OUT OF ME, I THOUGH SINCE OTHER RESTAURANTS WERE PUTTING WEED AND BLEACH IN DRIVE THRU FOOD, I THOUGHT I WAS A VICTIM OF SOME INCIDENT. WENT BACK TO ARBYS EXPLAINED AND SHOWED THEM THE FRIES AND THE MANAGER IMMEDIATELY YELLED AT ME AND SAID " WE DON'T DO STUFF LIKE THAT, YOUR LYING"!! I TOLD HER THAT I CALLED THE COPS AND THAT I WANT MY MONEY BACK. AND THAT I WILL TAKE THIS A LITTLE FURTHER WITH AUTHORITIES. THE MANAGER WAS VERY RUDE!! UNPROFESSIONAL!! SHE HAD NON-UNIFORM EMPLOYEES IN THE KITCHEN AREA, AN BLACK GUY WAS WALKING BACK N FORTH FROM THE BACK TO THE WINDOW, DOING I DONT KNOW WHAT. MAYBE HE JUST GOT OFF WORK, BUT I DO BELIEVE THAT IF THEY ARE NOT IN THEIR UNIFORM, THEY SHOULDNT BE BACK THERE NO MATTER WHAT! SNOTTY ATTITUDES, NONEMPLOYEES AND A DIRTY ENVIRONMENT IS THE MAJOR ISSUE WITH THE ARBYS IN FARMINGTON, NM. PLEASE BELIEVE ME, I HAVE CHILDREN AND I WILL NEVER TAKE THEM THERE!!!
